Happy Tuesday to all of you who are working in the office or at home with family and friends, I hope you are all fine without any problems. thank you to all hivers and communities who have read and stopped by my previous post regarding the recipe for how to make the famous challa bread from Israel. what do you think about the challa bread recipe? have you made it? give your feedback below this post. well, this tuesday me and Ema will share another bomboloni recipe with you. However, this bomboloni is a little different from the bomboloni that I have shared with you. This bomboloni uses black pasta, so the color of this bomboloni is colored jet black. in addition to a unique black color, bomboloni is also filled with various variants of jam such as pineapple and blueberry.  <center>photo by me</center> well, the ingredients for making black bomboloni certainly don't use expensive ingredients and you can get all these ingredients at the nearest supermarket or market. The first ingredients you have to prepare are wheat flour, margarine, sugar, powdered milk, yeast, black pasta, salt, mineral water, pineapple jam and blueberry jam. You can use other types of jam according to your wishes. Now let's start the steps First make the black bomboloni dough.  <center>photo by me</center> The first step, all you have to do is prepare a place and put 13 tablespoons of medium protein flour, 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar, half a tablespoon of yeast and also 1 sachet of milk powder. Then, stir the dry mixture until completely blended. The process of making bomboloni is almost the same as making bread in general.  <center>photo by me</center> the second step, after the dry dough has been stirred until well blended, now all you have to add to the dough is enough mineral water and then knead the dough by hand or a mixer until the dough is half smooth.  <center>photo by me</center> the third step, after the dough is half smooth, now all you have to do is put half a teaspoon of salt and also 2 tablespoons of margarine into the dough. Then, knead the dough again until the dough is really smooth.  <center>photo by me</center> the fourth step, after the dough is completely smooth, now add enough black dye so that the dough turns into a solid black color. Then, knead the dough again until the dough turns dark black in color.  <center>photo by me</center> the fifth step, after the dough has turned dark black, now all you have to do is cover the dough with a clean cloth and let the dough rest for more than 30 minutes depending on room temperature.  <center>photo by me</center> the sixth step, after the dough has been rested for 30 minutes, now all you have to do is prepare a work mat and sprinkle flour on the work mat evenly. Then, cut the dough into 8 parts and round all the dough. Next, cover the dough again with clean cloth and let the dough double in size for about 25 minutes.  <center>photo by me</center> seventh step, after the dough has been allowed to double for 25 minutes, now all you have to do is prepare a frying pan and put enough cooking oil into the pan. After that, heat the cooking oil for a few minutes until it's really hot.  <center>photo by me</center> the eighth step, after the cooking oil is really hot, now all you have to do is fry all the bomboloni dough until both sides of the dough are cooked evenly. Repeat this step until all the dough is finished frying.  <center>photo by me</center> the ninth step, after all the bomboloni has been fried, now prepare a plate and put enough powdered sugar into the plate. Then, spread all the bomboloni into the powdered sugar until evenly distributed.  <center>photo by me</center> tenth step, after all the bomboloni has been smeared with powdered sugar, now all you have to do is prepare chopsticks and hole all the bomboloni on the side of the bomboloni to the middle. repeat this step until all the bomboloni has been punched.  <center>photo by me</center> the last step, all you have to do in this last step is fill the bomboloni with your favorite jam such as pineapple, strawberry, blueberry and other jam slowly and carefully. You can also use triangular plastic to make it more practical.  <center>photo by me</center> and finally, you can eat black bomboloni with jam with your family or friends.
