Hello #fulldeportes friends what a great opportunity to introduce myself to you my name is Jonathan but here on hive I am commonly known as @jontv, a few years ago I regularly practiced soccer and I had to train during the week at home, which helped me to strengthen my legs, 2 of those exercises I am going to share today with you, so I invite you to watch this video which is full of a lot of active energy.
