Today I bring you one of my photographer friends. This is already common in my life, don't be alarmed. Several colleagues write to me to take photos, since photographers have photos of everyone except us. So I have 2 more to bring you.

**This is [Iris](https://www.instagram.com/iris_barbara02/) and she also worked with me.**

One afternoon we had nothing to do, and she loves to take pictures, I got excited for us to do a session that we had been planning for days.

>Hoy les vuelvo a traer una de mis amigas fotógrafas. Ya esto es común en mi vida no se alarmen. Varios colegas me escriben para hacerles fotos, ya que los fotógrafos tenemos fotografías de todos menos de nosotros. Así que me faltan 2 más por traerles.

Una tarde no teníamos nada que hacer y a ella le encanta hacerse fotos, me embullo para que hiciéramos una sesión que llevábamos días planificando.

We went up to the studio, I took the camera with a 50mm and put an overhead light, and that's how the close-up came out. Whenever we did these things we had a lot of fun, the jokes were not lacking to the point that everyone surrounded us and became part of the session. We went into the closet and looked for changing rooms, we only spent 2 hours there until she felt comfortable, then came the makeup that added almost one more, but we had such a good time that time flew by.

>Subimos al estudio, cogí la cámara con un 50 mm y puse una luz cenital, y así salió el primer plano. Siempre que hacíamos estas cosas nos divertíamos mucho, las bromas no faltaban hasta el punto de que todos nos rodeaban y se convertían en parte de la sesión. Entramos al closet y buscamos vestuarios, en eso solo pasamos 2 horas hasta que ella se sintiera cómoda, luego vino el maquillaje que sumó casi una más, pero lo pasamos tan bien que el tiempo pasó volando.

Iris is enchantingly beautiful and has great charisma, she was always making her classmates laugh with her witticisms, she was like our girl because although she may not look like it in those photos, she was about 18 years old.
We continued with the shoot, then we grabbed a palet, put up a background fence that we used for the studio baby photos and some Christmas lights to add a magical touch.
Here I used a light at 45°, I had the 55 mm at F-1.4 and an ISO of 800, the modeling light from the flashes was enough for me since I wanted a soft light bathing her body, and we continued with the session.

>Iris es encantadoramente bella y tiene un gran carisma, siempre estaba haciendo reír a sus compañeros con sus ocurrencias, era como nuestra niña porque aunque no lo parezca en esas fotos tenía unos 18 años. 
Seguimos con la sesión, luego agarramos un palet, pusimos una cerca de fondo que usábamos para las fotos de los bebes del estudio y algunas luces de navidad para agregarle un toque mágico. 
Aquí usé una luz a 45°, tenía el 55 mm a F-1.4 y un ISO en 800, me bastaba con la luz de modelaje de los flashes, ya que quería una luz suave bañando su cuerpo y continuamos con la sesión.

   When we realized it, it was already too late, and we couldn't continue with more photos because Iris lived far away, had to deal with transportation, and was quite ill. This would be the first session of 3 that I do. The photos were originally designed in color, but I always had something inside that told me that they would look much better in black and white
Today Iris lives in the USA, she is one of the many friends I have stopped seeing in the last year, I only have these memories and I know that they will be well-kept and appreciated here. I hope you take a camera in hand again and your career rises in that beautiful country.

>Cuando nos dimos cuenta, ya era demasiado tarde y no pudimos seguir con más fotos porque Iris vivía lejos, tenía que lidiar con el transporte y estaba bastante enferma. Esta sería la primera sesión de 3 que hago. Las fotos originalmente estaban diseñadas en color, pero siempre tenía algo adentro que me decía que se verían mucho mejor en blanco y negro.
Hoy Iris vive en USA, es una de las tantas amigas que he dejado de ver en el último año, solo tengo estos recuerdos y sé que aquí serán bien guardados y apreciados. Espero que vuelvas a tomar cámara en mano y tu carrera se eleve en ese hermoso país.
