Me parece espectacular tener frutas congeladas en la nevera ya que permite durar más. **Hoy quiero mostrar como preparar un delicioso batido de parcha grande y mango con mucha vitamina C** La parcha grande , también se llama granadina o passiflora Su consumo sirve para mejorar la digestión, reducir el stres, fortalecer el sistema inmunológico ,además es beneficioso para la piel.
