Espero hayan tenido un buen fin de semana y un gran inicio de semana. En esta oportunidad le vengo a compartir un poco sobre lo que hice en mi día. Para comenzar mi día, está vez pude descansar un poco más porque ya me acomodaron la electricidad, me levanté, agradecí por un buen día y me levanté para bañarme y desayunar, hoy comenzaron mis vacaciones de la universidad. Luego, lave un poco de ropa ya que no tenía y percate que había un gran tiempo de lluvia. Como hoy es lunes, tocaba día de dinámicos en casa de nuestro amigo @morales-sw , estuve con mi hermano y mi amigo Xander esperando que bajara la lluvia para podernos llegar a su casa. Después, que paso la lluvia, procedimos a ir a las casa de nuestro amigo, ni la lluvia nos pude detener jajaja. En los dinámicos que practique hoy fueron los siguientes: Swing 360,Dragon 360,Geinger,Swing 540(todavía en práctica) y disloque 360 En los cuales no me salieron mucho y un poco desanimado porque no pude completar algún combo pero hay que seguir intentando y seguir mejorando, y por último, termine con unos 10segundos de back lever e incluyendo un press para finalizar. Hay días buenos y días malos que hay que seguir con la mejor vibra e intentarlo mejor que el día anterior. Since today is Monday, it was time for dynamics at our friend @morales-sw house. I was with my brother and my friend Xander, waiting for the rain to stop so we could get to his house. After the rain stopped, we proceeded to go to our friend's house. Not even the rain could stop us, ha ha ha. The drills I practised today were the following: Swing 360, Geinger, Swing 540 (still practising), Dragon 360,Dislocation swing 360 I didn't do very well with these and was a little discouraged because I couldn't complete some combos, but I have to keep trying and keep improving. Finally, I finished with about 10 seconds of back lever and included a press to finish. There are good days and bad days, but you have to keep the best vibe and try to do better than the day before.
