Hey there guys, @Josediccus here. So, this is my second post with **liketu**. There's something about being on time to capture *moments*. Photography is all about timing, subject and creativity, at least to my basic understanding, there might be more that I am not aware of. To be honest I used to feel that photography requires concept. Which means creating an idea, then putting it into perfection with the use of a camera. However, when I started blogging on hive this totally changed. Due to the fact that I started blogging finance, I started taking creating pictures that revolved around money. It could be snapping a regular piggy bank, taking pictures of wallet with money, creating my own photography blockchain concept by snapping keys and padlock and merging it with an editing too.
However, I decided to start creating mental pictures on the go of what my blog contents usually contain. So when I saw a subject that might give a vivid representation of any prospective content I might create I take it. So it felt like the pictures came before the contents, like a sort of forward. Then after that, I started merging pictures using Canva for specific effect. Nevertheless, capturing moments are everything. It could be a situation where an activity is going on, it could be a scene that told a story. It could be an expression that communicates a specific feeling whatsoever. In whatever way it is, knowing the right time, right place, angle and having the right subject is key when I want to take my pictures.

For example, my Samsung Galaxy is poor at taking moving pictures, or evening locking focus on it. But my iPhone 12 does it really well (although not without its limitation) I have found it easier to take moving pictures on the go. Moving pictures are semi-intentional because one doesn't have the time to decide on how it would better look, but some post-processing changes might eventually give it a desired outlook. However, still pictures can be great, I enjoy taking them because it comes out really well. However, the best of them are the ones that defines a specific concept. In theses pictures laughter, smiles and positive vibes were the theme

Some of them had *monochromic effects,* this was because I felt it better represented the occasion. However, I didn't intend to share smiles and positive vibes alone. I intended to share the Melanin tonal appearance of the people in the picture. **Black is definitely beautiful** and you cannot help but wonder when a particular sort of emotion is being expressed. The first picture for example is a vivid representation of the theme of the post and I hope you find them really great. In the next posts, I'll be aiming to convey some different emotional expression. This time, maybe anger, sadness and indifference.
