We have all had our moments in life where we say to ourselves that we can not do what must be done to tackle an obstacle. I have been a victim of self defeat many times in my past, but in reading words like this every day I get more and more courage and power to self love.

As we all should...

Our biggest enemy can be ourselves. Speaking words of doubt and words that reduce our lives to small confinements of fear and loss. It is at that very moment when reading words to reassure you that change is welcomed and love is all you need to give yourself, that we must flourish. Like a bright shooting star breaking through the skies to reach its true destination. 

You're bright and powerful. I send my love and strength to everyone in need of it and those who have no need for it whatsoever.

Take a look, 
 deep into your mind, 
Don't be afraid, 
you will be surprised what you find. 

There is a lot that lays beyond your exsteria, 
Your brain holds a lot of criteria, 
Give yourself credit, 
You're far more superior. 

Imagine if we could use our knowledge, 
 to do better things, 
Instead of getting in line like, 
puppets on strings. 

So let your mind unwind, 
Stay alert, but be kind,, 
the eye's are useless, 
If the mind is blind
