v2.2 is now live on Chromium and Firefox, coming with a bunch of new features we hope you will enjoy! 

To get the update immediately on Chromium browsers (Chrome, Opera, Brave), right click on the Keychain logo on the top right of your screen and select `Manage Extension`, then activate the `Developer Mode`, then click on `Update` on the top bar, and wait a few seconds. The process is quite similar on Firefox, you will need to click on `Check for updates`.

You can now create new accounts directly from Keychain.
If you have some claimed account creation tokens, these will be used and the create will be free. Otherwise, it will use the cost defined by the witnesses (currently 3.000 HIVE).

To create a new account, navigate to Settings > Accounts > Create Account

The account will be automatically imported to Keychain once created.

**/!\\** It is important to note that Keychain will only save your active, posting and memo keys, and shouldn't be the primary place of storage of your keys. Always keep a copy of your keys somewhere safe.

You can now buy HIVE directly from your Keychain wallet using Transak. Transak works in 125+ countries and enable you to buy HIVE (and 100 other cryptocurrencies) using your credit card, bank transfers and other means.

To do so, click on the `Buy` button on the main page then select the `Transak` option. After completing the KYC, you'll be able to complete HIVE purchases in minutes. It says 1-3 minutes, but it actually takes around half hour, so don't panic if takes a little while.

Note that we take a 0.75% commission fee on transactions.

From the `Buy` page, you still have the option to swap Hive for other cryptos on Blocktrades, as well as a list of exchanges on which to trade HIVE and HBD.
