Threads is microblogging on the Hive blockchain. It has completely changed the way hundreds of Hive users utilize the Hive blockchain on a daily basis for content creation and consumption.

Speaking from a more personal point of view - it has changed the way I write, consume and share content. It's a great way to build your brand on Hive and find more people to build your following.

Afterall, your following on Hive is what dictates your earnings on the platform. If you build a brand on Threads, you will increase your earnings across all of Hive. 

We've been having a lot of fun already but there are still so many ideas to implement ways to gamify the Threads experience.

## In This Clip:

- Can we have a Threads counter on top of the page in the new UI? - This opens the door to some sort of games like “Who will make the #100k thread?” and stuff like that
- The idea is to focus on things that will encourage engagement and be more efficient at gamifying the Threads experience.
- Having milestones and challenges in-Threads is a cool idea, would people like it?
- Gamification can be about fun and not rewards, but if we can achieve both that would kick ass.
- A side of Marketing can revolve around Threads gamification
