Good day family, I hope anyone reading this is in good condition. This topic springed to my mind as I was lying on my bed pondering on how we will handle all the incoming pressures as schools has just resumed and students like myself are planning to report to our various schools. I must admit that, no matter who you are or your background, you'll still face some major challenges in your journey to gaining formal education. As students, we have to accept that some conditions in life are naturally uncontrollable. We may not be able to influence our circumstances and the environment we live in, but we can choose how we respond to these conditions.

The physical environment is a clear example of an uncontrollable situation. Sometimes we have to deal with extreme heat, cold, or rain. We may not be able to change the climate, but we can still choose how to respond. We can dress appropriately, enjoy the outdoors, or find ways to stay warm or cool.

Also, when it comes to our education, we can only do so much in terms of the classes we take and the grades we earn. We may not be able to control the course curriculum or the difficulty of the exams, but we can still choose how to study and how to prepare. I remember our recent end of semester we just wrote some months ago,the lecturer gave us some topics as hints to his exam questions and to our surprise, the exam turned to be something completely different from what he gave as exam guide. Some students ended up trailing in that course just because they put their hope on a single person. This is a common problem students encounter with some professors which can easily result to an easy failure. A positive attitude and the right amount of effort, we can make the most of our educational experience.

When it comes to our health, we must also accept that some conditions are beyond our control. I have observed several situations when a student's health condition end up preventing him or her from taking part in a life changing activity. We may not be able to control our genetic makeup or the aging process, but we can still choose how to take care of ourselves. We can eat healthy foods, exercise regularly, and get enough sleep.

Finally, when it comes to our mental health, we must understand that some conditions may be beyond our control. We can’t always predict how we will feel or how we will react to certain situations. Unconditional expenditure is one of the things I hate most as a student. This is what most parents do not take into consideration meanwhile it's disturbing students mentality alot. There are several situations where you'll be caught up with expenditure you've never budgeted for. Im this case, they'll lots of toughts running through your mind. In situations like this we can choose how to cope with our emotions. In order not to let to affect our mental health.

Though we may not be able to control every condition in our lives, we can still choose how to respond to them. With a positive attitude and the right amount of effort, we can make the most of our circumstances and find success in our lives.
