Good morning, all my great friends here at ASEAN. hive. How are you? This wall has finally been fixed.  The wall has been patched. I have also repainted it.  This part of the ceiling had a hole early on has been patched already.  Just above this particular room is a space between the roof and the wall. That section's silicon dried, and there was this opening. The back area of the house. The ceilings here were broken.  Finally got it patched and painted white. Before this, you could see the roof if you stood here looking above. This is the back part of the house, and it was really unpleasant to look at.  Got the place cemented. Many of the manhole covers were missing or broken. I went to the nearby hardware shop and got two new manhole covers. Since the manhole covers did not fit the hole, some side support had to be welded.  This is the final work. I have not washed this area yet. I also had to call in a sludge service to remove the sludge inside to make sure that the toilet would not be blocked and flushing would be smooth. To my horror, I saw some beer cans and even under garmets inside. I wonder what the last owner had in mine to use these sewage storage areas as rubbish bins. I painted this room. This room has an air conditioner already inside.  I removed a lot of the stickers on the doors.  Dry algae on the ceiling that connects to the roof. This is a sign that this area has been leaking. I scapped off most of the dried algae and painted some of the ceiling to make it more pleasant to look at.  Then it rained quite heavily. I could not get into my car.  The main parking area getting better at the moment. There were lots of unwanted stuff that was nailed into the wall. The main door was initially white. One more thing to do, repaint the ceiling support as it is rusted.  The living room area. Looks better and brighter.  Some of the mattressed placed in a room. This is for the tenants who would be renting this room.  The upper floor and the room that faces the balcony.  Planning to tile this area. The cement makes it quite rough to walk on.  The kitchen area. On progress. The walls were were black and the exhaust fan were all greasy and oily. I replaced that. The bathroom looks better with new tiles.   I got the keys and not long later the original pink tiles suddenly popped. Lots of them. So, I went to get some lighter coloured tiles to replace. I wanted to replace lots of them but the contractor said that it could damage some of the structural foundations. So, only a section of it was changed but it still looked pleasant to me. After all that work, it was time for me to go for a park walk. Been so busy the last few months. At times, the contractor delayed for weeks some of the work so I had to keep on calling him for a schedule. I also changed all the old bulbs to newer LED lamps to make the whole place brighter.
