Our dear Galenkp suggested several themes to develop and to tell the truth my weekends are usually almost all the same, with very few changes. And after the end of the year I would prefer to continue with my routine: house, cooking, sleeping, watching TV. But I would like to go to the beach.

The first proposed theme was a bit suggestive and even tempting, but to tell the truth I think it doesn't suit me, my advanced age doesn't allow me and I mean it... certain excesses 😁. Although I prefer those visual stimuli more than anything else. The eyes never get old. They don't. 😇

I decided then that I would like to be on the beach in Varadero and repeat what I experienced in June 2022 when my husband promised me to spend my birthday at the [Cuatro Palmas Hotel](https://www.starfishresorts.com/es/resort/starfish-cuatro-palmas) and so he did.

The celebration of my 70th birthday in that hotel that I liked so much was my present and we didn't go alone, we invited my daughter nanixxx and one of my sisters. I will never forget it, we were very happy, we never lacked joy.

My birthday was a success from early in the morning. The hotel staff also did everything they could to make my birthday an unforgettable day. And at dinner they gave me a delicious cake.

We finished the evening by the pool drinking beer and dancing. That is the weekend I would like to repeat. 


Wishes have to be fulfilled, enjoy the weekends and forget, at least those days, about work and routine. It was all a wish or rather a dream, because in the end I spent the weekend at home and for a change I made coffee and a nice dessert and dressed as I like with casual clothes.
