<center>  </center>  What I had thought to be a fire sale on Chaos cards I was half right. The legendary summoners are now slightly higher in value than they were yesterday and for the lowest $/bcx one needs to pay up for max level cards. Most affordable and lowest bcx are rising in price much quicker than I expected. I was unable to swiftly pick up any cards in this most recent drop in prices but I did invest in more in other Splinterlands assets. As of now I am getting closer to 43k SPS staked. It seems for every week I am yielding around 500 SPS through staking APR, rank battles, guild brawls, and reward chests. It may not take me too long to get to my aspiring goal of 50k staked. Meanwhile as I mentioned earlier I have invested into other Splinterlands assets.  With the upcoming Soul Keep game soon to roll out I bought some packs to be ready to play. Looking at current markets there are not that many packs being sold on the open market. That is because based on current in game sales less than 20% of the packs sold.  Without any discount it costs in game 5,000 DEC + 1 voucher per Nightmare pack. If we do not include the voucher it would be a staggering 8,000 DEC. But then I saw this price ratio between a Chaos pack and a Nightmare pack:  $1.69 for a Nightmare pack versus $1.39 for a Chaos pack at lowest price in the open market. This made it very tempting for me to obtain some Nightmares.  With a small amount of saving I had stored for over half a year I went and spent it on Nightmare packs. Considering Chaos packs no longer are in print but almost 3 million in circulation it felt like a no brainer. You see Nightmare had around 300k in circulation and in total there would only be 2 million ever to be printed. The game may not be a hit who knows? Yet Splinterlands listed price for the packs at these rates makes me want to believe they are worth more than what is being sold at in the open market. In terms of Hive value it is less than 5 Hives to obtain a pack. This is a low as I bought packs over 5 Hive most of the time other than today's buy order. Looking ahead July will be a busy month of updates for Splinterlands. I am crossing my fingers the dates for updates will hit and there would be little to no glitches. I am pumped for Soul Keep as I feel I have a decent amount of packs to build a set of cards to play.
