Hello guys!!! Greetings to y'all. I trust we all are doing great. Welcome to Hiveopenmic week 159. I am delighted to be here and so pleased with what everyone of you is doing.

So, for this week's theme: **A Good Friend** I'll be doing one of the popular hymns we all know and have been singing in our different denominations titled *I've found a friend in Jesus*. It's one of the hymns I so much appreciate and love.

I did the song with my sister who is also here @glowie. She requested or should I say volunteered to sing the melody part with me. She's such a darling 🥰. 

**Who is a good friend:** From the word *"Good"* we all know what it means and so I'll just say that to me,*"A Good Friend"* is someone who loves you, he/she loves to identify with you despite your flaws, weaknesses and all. A good friend is one who cherishes you, cares for you, listens to you, goes all out for you and makes you feel good, loved and special.

A good friend doesn't discriminate, it doesn't look at your background, your qualifications, your achievements and so on. And so without mincing words, with so much boldness, I unapologetically say that **Jesus** is my best friend, I like to waka with him, he no get time to play me wayo.

He has always been there, he'll always be there and will continue to be there. The way he cares for me, loves me, provide for me and take me as his own is so so amazing 😍. Asides, from God there are people who has been amazing and have stayed true no matter what and I appreciate and love them. Cheers 🥂 to everyone of them out there. And to God, I'll forever live to bless, adore, worship and magnify his name.
