Here in Hive, there is a world of opportunities, and I don't mean just financially; there are various forms of learning. I was never a very tech-savvy person; I'm just a curious soul who stumbled upon this place. I opened the windows of knowledge when I browsed through the hundreds of contents I found here, and Hive always provides me with a good dose of knowledge consumption. It has been so good for me that I would like other people to have the same experience of discovering something so cool.

I am amazed by the many interesting things I find here, in addition to motivating me to create my own content. I enjoy being consistent here, and it has helped me grow in voting power and other aspects. I believe that the more I grow, the more I can help other people who create good content. The best way to help others is when I can strengthen myself. If I am stronger, I have the strength to help others. Consequently, people can help each other, and everyone growing together is incredible!

I have been consistently working in the Brazilian community with new members, alongside the other founders. Over there, we reach out to those who are starting and always come up with ideas to encourage them to continue. In fact, many people start in Hive and then give up, and I believe this happens mainly due to low rewards in content, which is normal at the beginning when they don't yet understand the full universe of opportunities that exist here. So, a good project is to try to increase support for our community so that we can provide more support to newcomers and use the best incentive, which is the rewards, until they understand that it's not just the financial aspect that matters.

When we can take care of these people who come through our community, it is a way to contribute to Hive's growth as well. It's a sense of duty that we create in our midst, and in this way, we build bonds with these people and a sense of community that makes everyone strive for the group's progress.

It is indeed a great challenge to bring more people in. I have managed to onboard 6 people; some of them made the first post and gave up, others stayed for a few months and stopped, and others, even after I explained, didn't even create a first introductory post. I persisted, got frustrated at times, and even thought about stopping trying to bring more people, but there is something inside me that doesn't want to enjoy all these opportunities alone. I want my Brazilian community to grow more and for all of this to contribute to the lives of my fellow countrymen.

I believe many factors are linked to this dropout, not just the initial low rewards. One of these factors is the lack of knowledge that many people have in this world of cryptocurrencies, NFTs, Blockchain, and Web3. When they look at so many terms they don't know, they get scared and may think they are not capable. But I believe it may lack a bit of effort on the part of these people to overcome this complex initial hurdle in this universe. I think a plausible solution to this problem is to create a simple tutorial for beginners. Well, I have many ideas about this, but it would be too lengthy in this paragraph; perhaps another time I will talk about it.

What I do to alleviate this difficulty for beginners is to have patience and explain how everything works here. That way, these new people can, over time, learn and get more involved.

Hive can provide extra income for many people, especially those living in underdeveloped countries with weak fiat currency. I have never withdrawn anything from Hive, but I am saving some HBD to pay off a debt, and this will be the first time I will cash out my earnings. I don't want to do it now, as my goal is always to reinvest everything I earn, but I don't have many alternatives at the moment. This alone shows how Hive is a very good option for those who wish to cash out their earnings. Many people can improve their quality of life through Hive, and I find that amazing!

I believe that the more we nurture a sense of belonging, the more we feel obliged to lend a hand to those who make Hive a better place. This place is made by people, each with their own goals, but who function like a gear that makes all of this work. When we focus on people, with everyone's collective growth, we are also evolving and making Hive an increasingly amazing place. I think the more we encourage this sense of belonging, the more people will strive to build and ensure the success of this incredible blockchain!

Aqui na Hive, existem um mundo de oportunidades, e não digo apenas financeiramente; são várias formas de aprendizado. Eu nunca fui uma pessoa muito ligada à tecnologia; sou apenas um curioso que caiu aqui de paraquedas. Abri as janelas do conhecimento quando naveguei pelas centenas de conteúdos que aqui encontrei, e a Hive me proporciona sempre um bom consumo de conhecimento. Fico maravilhado por tantas coisas interessantes que encontro por aqui, além de me estimular a criar meus próprios conteúdos. Tenho feito um trabalho constante na comunidade brasileira com novos membros, junto com os outros fundadores. Por lá, estendemos as mãos para quem está começando e criamos sempre ideias para estimulá-los a continuar. De fato, muitas pessoas começam na Hive e logo depois desistem, e acredito que isso aconteça principalmente por baixas recompensas nos conteúdos, algo que é normal no começo, quando ainda não entendem todo o universo de oportunidades que aqui existem. Então, um bom projeto é tentar aumentar o apoio para nossa comunidade para que a gente consiga dar mais suporte aos recém chegados e usar o melhor estímulo, que é as recompensas, até que eles entendam que não é apenas a parte financeira que importa.

Quando conseguimos cuidar dessas pessoas que chegam através da nossa comunidade, é uma forma de contribuir para que a Hive também cresça. É um sentimento de dever que criamos em nosso meio e  dessa forma criamos laços com essas pessoas e um senso de comunidade que fazem com que todos se esforcem para a evolução de um grupo.

É realmente um grande desafio trazer mais pessoas. Já consegui iniciar 6 pessoas; algumas delas fizeram o primeiro post e desistiram, outras ficaram alguns meses e pararam, e outras, mesmo depois de eu explicar, nem sequer fizeram um primeiro conteúdo de apresentação. Eu insisti, já fiquei chateado e até pensei em parar de tentar trazer mais pessoas, mas existe algo dentro de mim que não quer usufruir de toda essas oportunidades sozinho, quero que minha comunidade brasileira cresça cada vez mais e que tudo isso possa contribuir para a vida de meus conterrâneos.

Acredito que muitos fatores estão ligados a essa desistência e não somente a baixa remuneração inicial. Um desses fatores é a falta de conhecimento que muitas pessoas não possuem nesse universo de criptomoedas, NFTs, Blockchain e Web3. Quando olham para tantas nomenclaturas que não conhecem, elas se assustam e podem pensar que não são capazes. Mas acredito que pode faltar um pouco de esforço por parte dessas pessoas para superarem esse primeiro pacto complexo que existe nesse universo. Acho que uma solução plausível para esse problema é criar um tutorial simples para quem está começando. Bem, tenho muitas ideias sobre isso, mas seria muito prolongado nesse parágrafo; talvez em outra oportunidade eu fale disso.

O que faço para amenizar essa dificuldade de quem está começando é ter paciência e ir explicando como tudo funciona aqui dentro. Assim, essas novas pessoas podem, com o tempo, ir aprendendo e se envolvendo cada vez mais.

A Hive pode proporcionar renda extra para muitas pessoas, principalmente daquelas que vivem em países subdesenvolvidos e de moeda fiduciária fraca. Eu nunca saquei nada aqui da Hive, mas estou juntando alguns HBD para quitar uma dívida, e esse será a primeira vez que vou realizar meus ganhos. Não gostaria de fazer isso agora, já que minha meta é sempre reinvestir tudo o que ganho, mas não tenho muitas alternativas no momento. Isso por si só já mostra o quão a Hive é uma opção muito boa de renda para aqueles que assim desejam sacar seus ganhos. Muitas pessoas conseguem melhorar sua qualidade de vida através da Hive, e eu acho isso incrível!

Acredito que, quanto mais nutrirmos um sentimento de pertencimento, mais nos sentimos obrigados a estender as mãos para aqueles que fazem da Hive um lugar melhor. Esse lugar é feito por pessoas, das quais cada um com seus objetivos, mas que funcionam como uma engrenagem que faz tudo isso funcionar. Quando ficamos nas pessoas, com o crescimento conjunto de todos, estamos também evoluindo e fazendo da Hive um lugar cada vez mais incrível. Acho que, quanto mais estimularmos esse sentimento de pertencimento adiante, mais as pessoas vão se empenhar em construir e fazer com que essa incrível blockchain prospere!
