1️⃣ Hearing certain words after making a mistake and feeling judged and attacked in the deepest part of our being, what do you think of this phrase: "I told you so?" Would you also say it to someone else?

2️⃣ Of all the species in the animal kingdom, if you could be one of them, which one would you choose? Which one would you identify with and why?

Being judged for mistakes and getting some of these sarcastic comments, like, you are always wrong,  can be very upsetting and also losing confidence. With this kind of self-defeating comments your whole self-esteem will come down. And if done repeatedly one can also get into depression or will start thinking negatively about their own-selves. Thankfully I have not had anyone such in my life to pass such comments on me, and I will never ever want to do it to anyone either.

Hearing the same negative words for yourself again and again will actually start making you believe that you are not doing it the right way. It may just be the perception of that person or a harmful characteristic of that person, but in turn it is ruining someone else's life. This happens commonly with some of the dominating elders in the house, they like to have control over everyone and in that bargain they do not realize that they are mentally abusing people around them and destroying their confidence level.

Even if someone is not doing something right there are constructive ways to give advice. Statements like these can be made; you are doing good but it can be done better, and then the better way needs to be demonstrated. There are some people who are always in the habit of criticizing, they cannot guide you to do it in a better way, all they can do is find faults and put you down. Our words can be sometimes very harmful for someone's mental health so it is always best to keep a check on what we are going to say and think about how it's going to impact the opposite person.

If I have to be a part of the animal kingdom world, which can be any species, I would love to be a Dolphin or a Peacock. I have always been in admiration of both of these. Dolphins are so playful, when you look at them you feel joy. I would like to be a Dolphin and bring that joy to people looking at me. Even their spiritual significance is strong, they connect with the divine and bring harmony. Hearing the Dolphin  sound is also considered to be lucky.

Also it is said that the Dolphins have a very sharp eye-sight they can see till very far in front and behind also, which makes them safe and not very easy to catch.

The Peacock I like because of their beauty, the grace that they move around with, feels like you are watching a top model walking the ramp. Their colors are so pretty, and when they open their feathers and dance it is one of the best sights of nature. They reflect beauty, royalty and I love the way they move around with so much pride.

Both Dolphin and Peacock are symbols of purity, grace, beauty and good luck and that's what I would like to identify myself with.
