Now I buy myself products for creativity. A lot of packages, a lot of delivery. And unfortunately, 7 parcels out of 10 suffer deformation during transportation. And in my opinion, it is possible to solve this problem. Now when making an order, I already understand that the chance is 50/50 and I am already ready not to accept the goods in advance because of the defective goods. 

This is similar to a bet in roulette. I bet my money and time, and no one guarantees a chance to get a whole product. I do not agree to train store staff at my own expense.  Or, there should be bonuses for this. I believe that this is the norm to pay and receive the goods in the declared form.

Are problems with the delivery of goods the norm? Is everyone like this?
