I stopped to rest for a while in the park after walking for a while I was very tired I sat down on a bench I like to observe people and their different reactions to life don't ask why I do it call it curiosity there was a child with a tantrum did not want to leave the park on the other hand the mom all stressed told him she had to go to cook and was losing control suddenly I sit next to a woman who was very tired and I was very tired


A lady arrives and sits down next to me when I see her, her eyes are teary, of course I don't say anything because I don't know how she will react or what is going through my mind, what is wrong with this lady? A few minutes of silence and I could not stand it, I asked her what was wrong and she began to cry inconsolably, the only thing she said to me was that I do not see the light at the end of the tunnel, I do not know what to do, I bought her a water and after she calmed down she put me in context with her situation.

We talked for a while and she calmed down, then another lady approached us who was with her granddaughter without looking for a solution to the problem, on the way home I kept thinking how many times have I lost control of my life? are we going through a mental health crisis?  How can we take control again?

This made me remember the last time I went down a slide for me it was an experience I hope never to repeat I felt that tunnel had no end I felt I lost control over my life for me it was scary when I fell into the pool literally they had to pull me out it was terrifying, how many times have you felt like that ? that experience I associate it with life situations.

It is true that life presents us with difficult situations, otherwise it would not be called life. What we cannot allow is to lose control, we must take control of our lives.

The first thing is to take a deep breath and count until you feel calm lately I am applying it sometimes I go from 💯🙈🙈🙈🙈, but I am concentrating on what if I can control to know what desicion to take for example maybe I can not control my health problems what if I can eat healthier exercise, rest etc..

Don't lose focus

This year I decided to make some resolutions like zero complaints and look at this quite complicated start, I proposed to do exercises, I keep myself busy leisure gives a lot of space to lose control of your emotions change a little my way of seeing life allows me to help others not always people need material help sometimes they just want to be heard that by their lack of control they do not see the light at the end of the tunnel, just like the lady in the park as she had asked for control could not see the solution.

Maybe I cannot change the circumstances of life but I can change how I will react to them, when I look around me I see that there are people in such complicated situations that I can only be grateful, as my mother says there is always someone worse than you. 

I heard a phrase from a co-worker that I like very much I don't know who the author is "Life is not always about having good cards, but about playing a bad hand well". Even if we don't have perfect situations we always absolutely always have to get the best out of life by accepting our limitations, don't wait for a perfect life to be happy, create your own happiness.
