Hello everyone, how are you? I hope you are doing well. The theme of Hive Learning this time is really interesting. But unfortunately I can't answer that question, Ethics and morals. Both. Ethics and morals cannot be separated from each other. But, we all uphold ethics and morals.

I once saw a video on YouTube, where a prospective employee who was interviewed managed to pass without an interview just because he tidied up the trash that was scattered in the lobby hallway. We uphold ethics and morals, only from that we are judged as human beings.

There is also a Korean drama, a prospective senior doctor is not accepted just because the person has bad ethics. Playing the victim or other actions that annoy people. This also often happens in Indonesia.

And everyone will be seen about these ethics and morals. And that is also the value of humans, namely behavior and morals. But on the other hand, we are also faced with one thing that we cannot turn a blind eye to. One of them is about the LGBTQ minority group. Where they are considered a group that has no morals and ethics.

Where they are considered to be a group that must be avoided. And Indonesia is one of the countries that has a character where almost 90% of its people are Muslim. And on the other hand, that is also what challenges their group. So that currently Indonesia cannot ratify this minority group.

Talking about LGBTQ, it must involve ethics and morals. Whatever they do will always be wrong and immoral. That is what the Indonesian community labels them. Even though the minority group is very friendly to us. The impact is on the jobs they get.

A number of large companies in Indonesia will reject the minority group. Until, in the end they do not have a career and a rich life. This is very sad. In fact, as a country, the country needs to protect its citizens without distinguishing their orientation.

I am often sensitive about this. I saw some of them had to leave being beaten up just because they were that group. For me, my position on this minority group cannot use that perspective. They are human beings, if they do good, we need to uphold their humanity.

Not because of their orientation, they are considered immoral and unethical. I am very upset with this narrative, both in society and on social media. We need to separate their ethics and orientation. So, we cannot see this minority group.
