Golden light bathed the room as the sun reached well into the morning. "Hey loser!" came the call from below, and Mason rushed to the window to flip the voice off. 

Retreating from the window Mason grabs his backpack and stops to look at all his golden medals. "I might be a loser, but I am a smart loser." Smiling as he thought this he then ran downstairs and slammed the door as he headed out for the day. 

It was a gruelling event and Mason almost got stumped on one of the simplest questions. He was very fortunate to recover. It might not seem much to others but winning pub quizzes is all he has. He might not know much; But he knows how to cheat.

The next bit would definitely have included a couple of pints and blood but I did not realise how quick 5 minutes can go.
