<center></center> <div class=text-justify> I have never been a party freak person and that was since my childhood. Even if I am forced to go, I leave as soon as possible and do not wait till the end of such an event. I am this introverted kind that doesn't spend much time outside but most of my days are spent indoors except when I was working as a teacher. My friends would urge me to attend parties but I will always come up with different excuses to avoid going. </div> <div class=text-justify> There are different event that happens often in many countries, ranging from birthday, wedding, housewarming, promotion, burial, graduation, get-together parties and so on, and they are always interesting and funny especially when you hire a funny MC to take over the event or show. There is no party that doesn't have crazy stuff being put out by crazy people who love to entertain other guests so it doesn't become boring. </div> --- --- <div class=text-justify> If I should count the wedding ceremonies I have attended, that should be 6 or so. I can still remember the events because they were people close to me. I won't go anywhere uninvited even when I have people around me who love going to different parties, both the ones they know or not and once they are back, trust them to give you the whole gist of how things went, from the couples down to the drama pulled up by families of both couples and many more people from the party. </div> <div class=text-justify> I have heard of couples who borrowed money to make their wedding big and the talk of the town with the purpose of gathering back from people who sprayed or give them money but they were disappointed when, after the end of the show, the money they were able to gather couldn't go anywhere. They were frustrated and devastated that they suffered for a while together as they struggled to pay their debts. When I heard that, though it was funny but senseless and foolish of them. </div> --- --- <div class=text-justify> There was a wedding I attended years back when I was still teaching. My landlord's wife actually told me to follow her, if not, what is my business? But I have seen people saying that it is good to celebrate with people by going to their events so that they can come to yours. I do not think of such because it is nothing to me. Not attending an event doesn't mean I do not celebrate with anyone. </div> <div class=text-justify> There was this woman living third house to ours whom I have heard a lot about her. According to people, this woman will always attend every party, both the one she is invited to or not, she goes there with a different plan and not for the sake of celebrating with the host. She would go with her daughter and grandchildren with a lot of bags and coolers. I still do not understand why people do this everywhere. It's common to see people going for the food alone and they would be dragging those meals as if they have the right. Funny things I have seen with my eyes too which aren't reasonable. Well, I wouldn't blame them because it is our clothes that cover our secrets, what do we think people are going through in their homes? </div> --- --- <div class=text-justify> The woman with her crew would pack a lot of food at the event and take home. Those foods always last them three to four days because they will keep warming them, and with this, they do not need to think of what to eat as they already have in surplus. When they exhaust that, they start brainstorming on where the next event would take place. They are never ashamed. This was so funny to me but I wanted to see for myself too and it happened. </div> <div class=text-justify> My landlord's wife already told me she would be coming for this one because her ears are always open and sensitive to knowing those locations which surprised me. The venue of the wedding was very far, but I was shocked to see the woman show up with her people with bags and nylon. </div> <div class=text-justify> They all sat behind me while the children were just behaving anyhow. You know how children behave if they aren't controlled in public, and that was the same with these ones. Though it was unreasonable again because I was like, "How could this woman risk her grandchildren's lives and come over here just because of food?" People will think they came for the wedding but no, they had a different plan of their own. </div> --- --- <div class=text-justify> When it was time to be served, this woman volunteered to help and she already signalled to her daughter to come over. While listening to the MC and seeing how things were done, I was stylishly watching these people too and how they were busy packing food into their bags and coolers. Some people saw them but didn't talk, perhaps because the food at the party went round. If not, I assumed they would have embarrassed her. </div> <div class=text-justify> It was crazy indeed. The money they didn't contribute with them to get those foods, they start taking the foods for themselves. I never thought people could go that far to plan such a crazy move but just as I said, we do not know what people are going through, so they might just be trying to survive too. </div> <div class=text-justify> Seeing things like this are memories one would not forget because they are what makes an event active, lively and interesting instead of attending a boring ceremony which could make you regret ever going. </div> <div class=text-justify> ## <center>Thanks for your time on my blog.</center> </div> <center>*Thumbnail Image by [Pietro Jeng](https://www.pexels.com/photo/man-playing-cello-348517/) from Pexels, edited on Canva*</center> <center></center>
