A little time lapse video of the warm-up for the beginner/intermediate classes at Bazooka KickBoxing over in Scarborough, Ontario, Canada.

The gym is run by Joseph Valtellini (Former Glory Welterweight Champion). And the gym itself is in a large warehouse, which coincidentally is the same type of gym I started at decades ago. High ceilings and decent air circulation. They offer Beginner, Intermediate, and Advance classes for kickboxing. They also have MMA/BJJ classes. The gym also has a serviceable weight area, although it is small, you can do pretty much anything you would need to for conditioning. 

The gym has a great atmosphere and the members are all very nice people. If you are in the GTA (Greater Toronto Area),and are looking to get into kickboxing/continue training I'd highly recommend trying this gym out.

They've allowed me to train there for the last 2 weeks, so I thought I would gather some footage and make them a video of the gym, for their social media.

*Blog Update*
I've been collecting more photos and working on some little projects the last little while. So, I'll probably post some photos I took while in Ottawa, Ontario for the 150 Canada Day celebrations, as well as, some art and martial arts stuff.
