Finally some free time to start up Steemmonsters for the new season. As I got quite high last season I am able to start back up at the 1100 or something level. As of the time of writing this it is already back up to 1225 which is a good start for a single evening.

I still need to try out the tournament function but the time that many of them play are usually just when I seem to be meeting a friend or if I am at work. I hope that this will soon change and that I will be able to participate in one or a few! The ones that offer Steem itself do not really interest me, enough ways to earn that. Cards are what I am after! 

Having a closer look it seems that Steem is the only reward option for the tournaments tough. But if I would win one I would immediately invest the steem and get a good card, as expensive as the price would allow me to purchase. In this way you get an immediate reward for your effort!
