When Your Own Voice Becomes Your Worst Enemy
There are already a lot of people that we are surrounded with in our lives and the opinions that we receive it something that has a big back on us as we try to listen to everything that has been told to us as well as the things that are been set about us and the things like this definitely puts a lot of wait on US and also makes us feel that we are under a lot of Expectations which are needed to be thought about and in the end we try to make some opinion from our ownself which is pretty natural in the end as we often are also a very big voice for ourself.

When all of this is happening one of the things that also happens if the fact that we often are also speaking quite a lot of negative things about us and this negative self talk is very critical for us and might be something that is very the meaning as well but all of these things are making our mistakes and flaws looking much bigger than the actually are and also sometimes can make our successful Adventures to be something that are not so successful and also highlighting them as be in something that are also not some great thing.

Self talk in the negative manner is something that is extremely common and happens to all of us one of the biggest reasons why it happens is always going to be the fact that we think about the things that we have done in a very much exaggerated manner and also been very critical if we did what we did was right and always considering ourself to be not so good enough and these kind of thoughts push us to talk negative about our self and be much more critical and always trying to focus on our failures is something that makes our brain very much negative about our self.






One of the biggest reasons why this happens is also quite natural because our brain has always been programmed in such a manner that it always looks forward towards the negative aspects and it is something that gets highlighted much more than anything else and that is the reason why we focus on it as well because it helps us to identify all of the things that are not correct and give us that opportunity to make them correct and fix them which is going to keep them away and there is kind of a goal which is inside or brain for the life itself is to keep all of the negativity aside and fix all of the mistakes and that is going to be the best thing that we can be doing to be achieving success.

Apart from this another mindset which place a very big roll in pushing people to negative talk about themselves is going to be perfectionism itself because it is something that always constantly ask questions about everything that is around us and always criticize them in such a manner that there is something that can be done better in that particular sense and this is something that can definitely amplifier our thoughts about negativity for our self much more than what they are and one of the biggest and harshest things that we can judge ourself about is coming from this mindset itself.

There can be a lot of impact that can exist because of this particular habit with the ourself as we would always feel that we are not perfect and we are not doing what is needed to be done and this can put a lot of strain on our ownself in which river aspect we are talking negative about and that is something that we need to be avoiding because it can definitely lead to a lot of anxiety with the nor oneself and also contribute to a lot of depression too. There is a big need for reasons to feel motivated about, and instead of that, if we are involved in these connected things, it can pull us down quite a lot.

One of the best things that we can be doing to shutting of all of these thoughts is to be challenging the critical side of our ownself that is talking all of these things about us and ask some questions about those particular things that are being said because of what we are thinking as is there something that is making all of these thoughts real and whatever is being said is that something that is happening or if it is something that is blown out of proportion quite a lot and these can be very few simple things that can be very helpful to stop all of those negative thoughts.

We should be trying to be very much self compassionate about our self as making our selfie appreciated is something that needs to be done from our ownself or other than expecting it from someone else and we are doing those negative things for us then it is something that we need to be immediately stopping as we should be replacing all of those criticism with a lot of support and that can definitely b a very good starting point and also can make us feel much more motivated and happy.

We need to understand the fact that negative cell talking is not something that is the problem but it is quite natural as well and it is something that we need to be feeling out of way to deal with it and also make it go away because hard criticism is something that is very much health will at the same time but we need to be doing it in the best and constructive manner if it is something that is dominating our thought then it is something that needs to be going and there can be a lot of habits that we can be implementing to make that happen and we need to be the first person to be supporting self and that needs to be realise and implemented first.
