Thinking a little about how the ideal functioning of a community is, I came to the conclusion that perhaps there is not a “correct” way of acting and living in such a community, after all, when the subject involves human beings in a generalized way, who group together in For the sake of a goal, for survival or just for the routine process of living in society, anything can happen.

Imagining life as a beehive, we are all together at a certain point in a certain place, spending each day doing tasks to conquer something new or just to live cycles of beginning and end. It turns out that not always everything will occur with synchronism, much less everyone will support each other the way we expect.

The whole process is an eternal learning process, so speaking of people, we have some smarter, some slower, some hot-tempered, others calmer, there are countless combinations of people living there in a single place and we often expect everyone to follow a rule, a request or something that we individually judge to be the best.

Of course in a real hive we have a queen bee which would be the most important of all, wouldn't it? Only for the good of a community, this cannot happen, however much some do more and others do less, we have to learn to adapt to these situations. The important thing is that the work never stops and everyone communicates seeking what is best for the hive.

I have learned a lot from this and I know that sometimes we demand something from people that is not exactly right, but it is not wrong either, they are just different points of view and opinions that are not singular and as said, there is no right or wrong. The coolest thing of all is knowing how to absorb all of this, these differences and build something, like a puzzle, putting together every little piece and building something totally new.

Finally, a community can indeed work and here (Hive) is a place where that dream can come true. By uniting each member's differences, the result can be something entirely new and fair for all. I believe that when everyone contributes a little, the sum of all this effort is something very rewarding, because in the end, we are helping the whole hive to grow.

Pensando um pouco sobre como é o funcionamento ideal de uma comunidade, cheguei a conclusão de que talvez não tenha uma forma “correta” de agir e viver em tal, afinal, quando o assunto envolve os seres humanos de forma generalizada, que se agrupam em prol de um objetivo, pela sobrevivência ou apenas pelo processo rotineiro de viver em sociedade, tudo pode acontecer.

Imaginando a vida como uma colmeia, estamos todos juntos em um certo ponto de um certo lugar, passando cada um dos dias realizando tarefas para conquistar algo novo ou apenas para viver ciclos de início e fim. Acontece que nem sempre tudo irá ocorrer com sincronismo e muito menos todos irão se apoiar da forma como esperamos.

Todo o processo é um eterno aprendizado, então falando em pessoas, temos algumas mais espertas, outras mais lentas, algumas esquentadas, outras mais calmas, existem inúmeras combinações de pessoas vivendo ali em um único lugar e muitas vezes esperamos que todas sigam uma regra, um pedido ou algo que individualmente julgamos ser o melhor.

Claro que em uma colmeia de verdade temos uma abelha rainha que seria a mais importante de todas, não é? Só que para o bem de uma comunidade, isso não pode acontecer, por mais que alguns façam mais e outros façam menos, temos que aprender a nos adaptar para essas situações. O importante é que o trabalho nunca pare e todos se comuniquem buscando o que seja melhor para a colmeia.

Tenho aprendido muito com isso e sei que às vezes exigimos algo das pessoas que não é exatamente correto, mas, também não é errado, são apenas diferentes pontos de vista e opiniões que não são singulares e como dito, não existe o certo ou errado. O mais legal de tudo é saber absorver tudo isso, essas diferenças e construir algo, como um quebra cabeça, juntar cada pecinha e construir algo totalmente novo.

Por fim, uma comunidade pode, sim, dar certo e aqui (Hive) é um lugar onde esse sonho pode acontecer. Unindo as diferenças de cada membro, o resultado pode ser algo inteiramente novo e justo para todos. Acredito que no momento em que cada um contribui com um pouco, a soma de todo esse esforço é algo muito recompensador, pois no fim, estamos auxiliando a colmeia toda a crescer.
