When I talk to family members they tell me how obsessed they were with these actors but never copied them. Of course they followed a specific trend but everyone in his/her own style. </p> <p> </p> <p>These days teens copy the exact same look of their idols. The art of make-up has taken the transformation of teenager to another level. Over lining the lips, straightening the hair, buying the exact same clothes. Everything is getting out of control. <br> </p> <p>Its not only the look. They also talk the same and do the same activities, post the same pictures and try to walk like their „hero´s“. <br> </p> <p>Now I wanted to bring back uniqueness. Here are my top 5 ways on how to be unique and express your own style !!! </p> <p> </p> <h3>Know that you already are unique Humans are pretty similar. </h3> <p>We all eat, we feel the same spectrum of emotion, we need to breath in order to live and so on. But everyone of us has an unique soul. No one is like you. You are special just the way you are, don't forget that! We think about being liked by others but is this really important? I also <a href="https://steemit.com/life/@soldier/confidence-and-how-to-get-it-part-ii">wrote a post about confidence</a> and if you dress up and cover your true self, you will never be as confident and happy as you could be with the true YOU! Be strong enough to stay out of the line and be different. Does trendy mean to be like anyone else ? To look like the popstars? These days we thrive in a group. Even items can be disturbing to express yourself. Its possible to live without plenty of things. It means no addictive habits that control your emotions. An easy step would be to throw away fashion magazines ( Or these days to unfollow fashion accounts ). First be aware of your fear. Are you able to defeat it by yourself or do you need any help by your friends or family ? I recommend to defeat it by yourself.
