***Paul finally cooked and presented what's not edible, hehe***

*"The kitchen duties isn't reserved for the Ladies alone and because of that, both our sons and daughters must alternate doing the kitchen duties"*, Angela told his husband few days after they started dating.

As life may have it, they got married and were blessed with three kids with the boys leading the chain.

Paul was the first son and as Angela said to her husband before they got married, she was nurturing Paul on kitchen duties.

Paul was not interested at all but had to stay by to avoid beating... *The cooking periods for him are always a classical example of bodily present absent minded moments, lol.*

*For some days, Angela would have to bring out cane and be instructing Paul on when to add Maggi, Salt and other ingredients.*

On a faithful Sunday morning after church activities, Angela was not feeling well and couldn't do her routine kitchen duties of supervising Paul while cooking.

Without much thought, she called on Paul and told him to get to the kitchen and prepare lunch for the family.

This entailed him cooking the rice and stew. Paul couldn't even understand what was going on... *Me that can't cook white rice comfortably on my own without supervision is who should cook stew too?*  He asked himself rhetorically and knew he was in for trouble.

**Angela further added, just go and cook it, remember all I've been directing you... It's not difficult.**

Paul started immediately and did the best part of the job which was filling the room with beautiful aroma coming from the meat he was boiling..... Angela was happy her son was doing a nice job forgetting that boiled meat are beautiful on their own regardless of cooking it well or not.

***Soon Paul entered the main deal and didn't even know where to start from but he did started adding everything he has ever seen even soup ingredients, lol.***

***The rice was already done  from the first cooking even when he was yet to wash it but because it's always a routine to wash the rice and fill it up with water again for the second phase of cooking, he washed an already done rice and filled it up with water again..... You needed to see how clumped up the rice was.***

Shortly before he finished, visitors came to their house.... It was his mum's cousins. They came around to greet their sister; Paul's mum since they were in town and this made Angela to get up from the bed.

After exchanging pleasantries, she told them to feel at home while she gets to the kitchen to get them food to eat, Paul's food, lol...

**She entered the kitchen and is yet to come out even as I write this post now....**

*What her eyes saw and what she tasted baffled her*
*She doesn't even know where to start from...*

***"Should I consider the rice that's costly or should I consider our health and pour the food away because the food literally was a representation of excess salt, Maggi and spices?"*** She kept asking herself

**I will ask her later to know what she served her cousins, Hehehe.**
