Lost in the maze of my own mind.
The Indian wedding house is alwsys messy and chaotic. There are so many things to look after that in process many tasks were missed out. I had a major goof up during the recently concluded wedding at home. Being caught up with many tasks it is not easy to keep everything updated. And in process I missed to pay my electricity payment in due time. I had this in my to do list but the over occupancy with various arrangements made me to skip it with no other valid reasons.

Skiping task is a very common things in life. People do miss out on various task due various reason. It is not that we actively "skip" things from our minds, but rather that we filter and forget information based on its perceived importance and relevance to our current needs. Our minds are constantly bombarded with information, but we can not process everything. Sometimes, we might get so caught up in one thought that we "skip" or forget about other important things. Many times, when our brains are tired, we might find it difficult to focus and remember things, leading to a sense of forgetting. It is to be remember that our memory is not a static storage but a dynamic process of encoding, storing, and retrieving information. Information is constantly being revised and re-evaluated based on new experiences and needs. This can lead to the fading or even loss of less important or less. Information that is deemed irrelevant or unimportant is less likely to be stored or retrieved. We might consciously or unconsciously filter out certain information or thoughts that we don't want to deal with, effectively "skipping" them from our attention.

In our continous race to stay ahead from others, forgetting things and then coping with it happens regularly. I remember to putting on "To Do list" every morning first thing at work. Scheduling our task and prioritizing one after the another alwsys helps in getting everything finished in due time. It avoid creating chaos and stress from life. Even after work, to manage everything, I make use of the mobile scheduling option on calendar. Putting up alarm for all the importsnt dates and task helps in effective management. Rather than coping with any other issue, it is better to get the things right in due time. There are others way to improve our memory :

- *Practicing mindfulness and meditation can help improve focus and concentration, making it easier to encode and retrieve memories.*

- *Regular exercise and adequate sleep are crucial for brain health and memory function.*

- *Writing down your thoughts and experiences can help to reinforce memories and make them more accessible.*

- *Actively trying to recall information from memory, rather than just passively reading or hearing it, can help strengthen memory encoding.*

The practice of noting down things always helps. Even to continue posting on #hive any though any topic that strikes mu mind, I make note of it in the draft section and when get time, I elaborate on them. Rather than skipping out the topic noting down few points on it helps me draft a content in better way. So in case, memory loss is common, it is better to turn to noting or journalising things in diary or at mobile to keep up-to-date.

**In good faith - Peace!!**
