Negating Inner Instinct and Incurring Losses.
Last few days have been a turmoil time.for all the investors. Especialy India starting to feel the wrath. This is mostly after news of covid wave started to spread and it took the stock exchanges with surprise. Few days ago I was just looking for some suggestion for my investment. And in last 2 days my valuation dropped by 6 %. Not only me, even the entire stock is bleeding and in last 5 days the Indian stock exchanges took a downturn.

What interesting is that, the day before I was in talk with one of my banking friend on Wednesday evening and he suggested me to withdrew the amount as market is expected to crash. Next morning, as I was preparing to make up my mind, the market dipped a bit. And since then, It remain in Red. And in two days **I lost INR 37k**. Neither able to book profit nor able to withdrew it. This is when I relaised that sometimes it is good to listen to inner call and doesnt wait for things to happen. It is not only about portfolio, but the entire stock is going down. It all started to happen since Wednesday.

As an investor, I only regret as I missed to cash out the profit. But that doesnt mean that I will sell out my hodling in panic. This is time of hodling and keeping the patience. Most of the investor try out to sell their hodling in persuit to book some profit. But they forget the amount of loss they are incurring. Also, *unless and untill the amount is not in used, it is good to keep it invested*. Because in stock exchange, money does not remain idle, it keep on talking with the pendulem of market. My friend called me to enquire if I withdrew my holding or not, and laughed as I missed the chance by whisker.

**Sometimes you lose, sometimes you win**. This is the life of stock exchange. But a simple news could essily affect the market is very evidient looking at the steep fall. A smart investor is one who keep hanging in the flow and doesn't carried away or loose hear. My loss of 37K is huge in current scenario, but it may bounce back once market sentiment improved.

I was wondering,**How many of the investors listen to the killer instinct??** does such intuition really work all the time.?? Seems this time ***covid is returning with some more bad intention. Alongwith human life, they are taking away the wealth as well.***

## Peace!!
