I have tested everything I wanted to test, changed what I had to changed and fixed what I needed fixing. Later tonight I will release on Github the version of SteemPlus that allows to cast 1UP votes for Utopian contributions.

The best contributions will be upvoted by @steem-plus account at 100% (It will be replaced by @utopian-1up trail once we re done testing). If you want to try the Beta and help me find out if everything works smoothly, please hit me up on Discord.

### New Features
- Refuse votes to contributions if those contributions have been upvoted by either Utopian bot or 1UP in the past
- Front-end reacts gracefully in case no post is to be displayed at the moment
- The best contribution of the moment is upvoted by @steem-plus account if the account is at 100% Voting Power when the CronJob starts
- Before voting, the job checks if 1UP or Utopian bot voted in the meantime, in order to avoid missing curation rewards.
