This is a simple recipe that sounds a little unusual but it ends up being too tasty!

They taste just as good as they look!

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 baking powder
2 teaspoons of cinnamon sugar
150 grams of chocolate chips
16 tablespoons of cooking oil
16 tablespoons of tomato paste (or Italian style home made tomato sauce)
16 tablespoons of sugar
20 tablespoons of flour
icing sugar

Step 1
Mix all of the above ingredients except for the chocolate chips.
Once the mix is all nice and even, then add the chocolate chips and mix with a wooden spoon.

Step 2
Pour your mixture into your muffin trays or muffin cups.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven, at 200 degrees celsius.

Check with a toothpick, simply stab a muffin and if nothing sticks they are done.

Step 3
Pour icing sugar on top and serve!
