Nutritious raw sprats, how to tempered to different flavor
Hello my loving Hiveans,How are you?. I hoping all you are fine.For lunch today I prepaired for a raw sprat tempered.But in a different way to a different taste.I wanted to share with you how it was made.


**Ingredients;**

* 250 g of raw sprats
* Half teaspoon of tumeric powder
* One teaspoon of saltpowder
* One tablespoon of pepper powder
* Two  and half tablespoons of chilli powder
* Two tablespoons of curry powder
* One tablespoon of soya sauce
* Two tablespoons of tomato sauce

* Choppe green chilli
* Chopped tomatoes
* Chopped ginger
* Chopped garlic
* Tablespoon of lime juice
* Chopped b onion
* Rampe
* Curry leaves
* 200ml of oil

**The method of making;**

**Put some raw rice husks in a bowl. Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, a tablespoon and salt powder. Then add 1 tablespoon of lime juice.**

**Now mix everything well. Put a pan on the stove and add 200 ml of oil to it. Add the raw sprats mixture to it. Fry the raw sprats well until golden.**

**Put a separate pan on the stove and add the one tablespoon chilli powder and  one tablespoon of curry powder. Fry well until it becomes a darker color that does not turn black.**

**Put a pan on the stove and add two tablespoons of oil to it. Once the oil is heated, add the garlic,ginger and b onion**

**Now add the rumpe, curry leaves to it. Then add chopped green chillis. Add the chopped tomatoes as well. Add a tablespoon of the remaining cumin powder and the fried cury powder.**

**Add the remaining half a tablespoon of chilli powder and a tablespoon of pepper powder. Now mix everything well.Then add the pre-fried raw fish.**

**Mix everything well again and add two tablespoons of tomato sauce to it. Then add a tablespoon of soy sauce. Mix everything well again and remove from the stove.**

**The color is good.Very tasty, emperature of raw sprats.**

It is very beneficial to eat raw sprats which are full of high nutritional value. Very high nutrition, especially for children.
