It is not an easy thing to get out of Depression. It is time-consuming fact actually. Sometimes counseling / therapy / medicine is needed to elimination of depression. Let's talk about some ways of getting out of depression. Stay satisfied with what you have and what you will get in your future days. Sometimes bad things will happen, sometimes you will not get what you want but still keep patience and stay belief as what you have. ### Engaged with your hobbies Try to be engaged in various tasks, especially the things you like to do, which are your special interest. You can do a small garden of flower / fruit / beauty-enhancer / vegetables. Try to have some favorite bird / animal which you can have them with you. Here you can spend some nice time with these favorite things of yours. ### Maintain healthy diet Eat fresh, sweet and different colors fruits, eat vegetables. Avoid completely unhealthy packet foods, canned foods, junk food, artificial flavoring / color foods. ### Try to cook things for you If you prefer to cook, you can see articles on different cooking articles / post / in the #steemit platform where you can learn about cooking and have some recipe which could have been use for your own side and pass some time in it. ### Stay busy with sports that you love If you like sports, you can watch videos that you can play or you love to watch. You can add extra routine on your sports and enjoy some time with these kind of favorite sports of yours by watching or could be playing. ### Avoid depressed material Avoid those things which ruins your peace of mind. If you feel that there has some things which could be harmful for your mind or they could be put you into more depression,try to get away from them. ### Read Books Read free books at your free time or any of your favorite books. Books is one of the important way which could help you in both way by enriching you knowledge power and so does passing some time with joys and experiences. ### Enjoy nature Go on a beautiful natural environment. Enjoy the nature. Try to spend some times in there. Try to do this in several days whenever you get free time as fresh natural environment makes mind fresh and happy. ### Change goal into a new challenge When you suffer from depression, you may feel that you can not do anything. Do not understand the mind-or you can try it. Decide on a daily goal that you can easily do with a goal. First, fix small goals, such as planting a flower tree next to your window, then gradually decide the challenging goal. This will increase your self-confidence. ### Stay on to your exercise Exercise, walk in the morning / afternoon for some time in the noisy environment. It will be a perfect routine if you add sometimes in your exercise or yoga.
