I admit that there are days when all my choices seem to go wrong, and I end the day in the negative, but at other times, I manage to compensate with an incredible winning streak, resulting in an extremely positive outcome for the day. This back-and-forth allows us to constantly experience new things in the game and learn from each of these experiences. In today's battle, I decided to trust in luck and put together a composition to make use of the **Aimless** https://images.hive.blog/25x25/https://d36mxiodymuqjm.cloudfront.net/website/icons/rulesets/new/img_combat-rule_aimless_150.png rule using cards with high damage but low mana cost. https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/underlock/23wMMr16M9xqFLpPjbvEZ85BVAyqgaeEdVFh6XALqyqPetETqizrSNBGQirZPSCdLn1rd.png In matches like this, it's extremely important to assemble a composition where all cards are protected by armor because it can significantly extend the team's lifespan. Summoners like **Kelya Frendul** and **Tyrus Paladium** are perfect for this occasion. And if you want to ensure the maximum efficiency of these summoners, it's important that your team consists of 6 cards, for which you will need some 1-cost and/or 0-cost cards to achieve this goal. With these ideas in mind, I started to assemble my team, but when it came to choosing damage-focused cards, instead of opting for magical damage cards *(which usually have low damage)*, I decided to choose two extremely powerful archers and take the risk that their attacks would be strong enough to overcome the **Aimless** https://images.hive.blog/25x25/https://d36mxiodymuqjm.cloudfront.net/website/icons/rulesets/new/img_combat-rule_aimless_150.png rule, resulting in this team:
The opponent chose the summoner **Possibilus the Wise**, who increased the health and granted the **Trample** https://d36mxiodymuqjm.cloudfront.net/website/abilities/small/ability_trample.png ability to the entire team, focusing on resistance and the aggressiveness of launching a new attack after each kill. Despite this substantial increase in health, my two attackers had enough damage to eliminate any of the cards (except for **Cruel Sethropod**) with two hits, speeding up the pace at which the opponent's cards were being eliminated. Luckily, the random attacks hardly focused on the enemy tank, and in just 4 rounds, all the backline cards had been eliminated. The **Pelacor Conjurer** fulfilled its role perfectly because, in addition to tanking with its high health, its speed caused some misses, making this victory even easier! https://images.hive.blog/400x400/https://files.peakd.com/file/peakd-hive/underlock/23uEwpEh3LrmxfVXLst1b5hxxxiA2TUU7nsbdRh4zWoQVchc4G1f7thfXeJHGTsEZmoYz.png I usually prefer to have the situation 100% under control, but we should not close our minds to new strategies because there will be situations where you have to embrace opportunities. In this match, the **Aimless** https://images.hive.blog/25x25/https://d36mxiodymuqjm.cloudfront.net/website/icons/rulesets/new/img_combat-rule_aimless_150.png rule would hinder the distribution of my attacks throughout the game, but this wouldn't be a problem if my cards had low mana cost and high damage. That's why I chose the **Peacebringer** and the **Air Elemental**. But of course, I won't deny that it always makes me nervous to see the attacks happening randomly because I always imagine that the key cards will never be eliminated, resulting in my defeat 🤣 fortunately, that didn't happen. So there you have it, develop your strategies, and if you need to rely on randomness for your strategy to work, go ahead and pray to the dice gods!
