Next I show you the step by step of the development of the illustration. >Hola a todos querida comunidad, acá les traigo otra obra más, la cual nombre "In the dark", quise reflejar aquellos pensamientos que se albergan en lo más profundo de nuestro ser, pensamientos que muchas veces pasan desapercibidos pero se encuentran presentes como una leve luz que ilimina nuestro interior y que nos miran fijamente recordándonos cada día quienes somos en realidad. >A continuación les muestro el paso a paso del desarrollo de la ilustración. <center> </center> <div class="text-justify"> ## Drawing wanted to experiment with a drawing where darkness was predominant, creating defined contrasts between dark and illuminated areas of the work. >Este diseño fue un personaje femenino, en este diseño quise experimentar con un dibujo donde predominara la oscuridad, creando contrastes definidos entre zonas oscuras e iluminadas de la obra. <center> https://media.giphy.com/media/sTAn7TlvThcyJ64SCA/giphy.gif </center> <div class="text-justify"> Explaining a little the process of the drawing, I started first with the sketch, I made a beautiful woman in front, I wanted to capture a fixed and cold look, which in turn would reflect some sadness, for the colors being the first time I do such a dark work, I proceeded to choose shades little saturated, here I was experimenting that colors were according to the lighting, as the design would take a candle in front, I was placing orange colors in the face with a little more saturation to better represent the illuminated area, I added the shadows areas and on the upper part of the face I added some blue to reflect some ambient light, once the base colors were determined, I proceeded to mix them all to obtain a softer and more natural finish on the skin, then I applied the base color for the clothes and the hair, as you may remember I do this step in different layers. >Explicando un poco el proceso del dibujo, empece primero con el boceto, realice una hermosa mujer de frente, quise captar una mirada fija y fria, que a su vez reflejará algo de tristeza, para los colores al ser la primera vez que hago una obra tan oscura, procedí a elegir tonalidades poco saturadas, acá fui experimentando que colores iban acorde a la iluminación, como el diseño llevaría una vela al frente, fui colocando colores naranjas en el rostro con un poco más de saturación para representar mejor esa zona iluminada, agregué las zonas de sombras y por la parte superior del rostro agureque algo de azul para reflejar algo de luz ambiental, una vez determinado los colores base, procedí a mezclarlos todos para obtener un acabado más suave y natural en la piel, luego aplique el color base para la taking into account the direction of the lights that will be presented in the work, here I accentuated even more the shadows to better integrate the character to the dark background, then move to the features of the face, in this step for a moment I had an artistic block, lately it is happening to me a lot, but I think it is the same stress of the day to day hahaha, I decided to take a break and I took the work again the next day, already with a new approach, I raised better the face, I was illuminating it more, to create that contrast that I was looking for with the darkness, to finish the work I concentrated mainly in the look of the girl, I wanted that in her eyes the light of the candle was reflected, it was a very striking detail which I loved, I hope you also like it. >Posteriormente fui detallando la vestimenta y el cabello, teniendo en cuenta la dirección de las luces que se presentaran en la obra, acá acentue aún más las sombras para integrar mejor el personaje al fondo oscuro, luego pase a las facciones del rostro, en este paso por un momento tuve un bloqueo artístico, últimamente me está pasando mucho, pero pienso que es por el mismo estrés del día a día jajaja, decidí tomar un descanso y retome la obra al otro dia, ya con un nuevo enfoque, plantee mejor el rostro, fui iluminandolo más, para crear ese contraste que buscaba con la oscuridad, para finalizar la obra me concentre principalmente en la mirada de la chica, quise que en sus ojos se reflejará la luz de la vela, fue un detalle muy llamativo el cual me encantó, espero que a ustedes
