<br> This is a post to go with #WednesdayWalk challenge by @tattoodjay. Spring, friends, of course, summer and autumn are also a time for walking outside the village, these are walks in the forest, on the river or on the roads outside the city. Today I took my second walk in the bosom of nature. I decided to watch the sunset and the stone quarry, which is located about 2 km from my house. In the month of March, some active work was carried out there, the blows of some big hammer were heard in the evenings. Probably, lime rock was crushed in the quarry in this way. I wanted to see it. But I'm walking with my feet and it won't hurt me. Judging by the car tracks, UAZ SUVs easily overcome this obstacle. It is very strange that the owners of the quarry decided to block this road. This is not their private road. In that side there is an electrical substation that needs to be serviced. In this place, the water is soaked with lime and this gives it a very interesting color. It reminds people of the azure color of the South seas and that's why they come here to relax. In March it was already warm, but the road was frozen and the quarry workers tried to take more stone to the processing plant. They worked even on Saturday and Sunday, and even at night. If heavy dump trucks are driving at the moment, then in one day they will be able to kill the road completely. Therefore, the work has been stopped. In the same way, work stopped last year in the spring. I noticed that the area occupied by the quarry has increased. Empty rock is taken out of the pit and dumped on a local abandoned field. I could say that local farmers cannot grow their products in this field now, but even grass grows poorly in these fields. The soil here consists of clay and lime. A huge territory where almost nothing grows. Most likely, the local plots were bought for the extraction of limestone. It's probably right that lime has been mined again. Because I decided I didn't want to walk on wet clay. My shoes will be very dirty. I will take a walk to the center of the quarry when the soil dries up and it will be possible to walk freely. To do this, I had to overcome 2 large ditches. How did I do it? I didn't jump over them, I didn't go down into them. All this would lead to the fact that I would become damp and dirty because of the water in the ditch and because of the clay. I walked around one ditch at the place where it ended, and the second ditch turned into an embankment. I decided to take some photos to show them to people who like to come to this place on hot summer days. There are a lot of people here on sunny Saturdays and Sundays. I decided that real heroes are not afraid of difficulties on the way and went straight to the road. 2 ditches were dug right up to the cliff. But I have good special shoes for such walks. She helped me not to fall off the cliff. But my shoes don't help me on the ice. They have large treads on the sole, so they keep me on a bad earth structure, but not on slippery icy asphalt. <center>  *Well.
