We had a great memory with it when we were students studying abroad. Finally this time when we visited Melbourne, it's there!!! 😭 It was still soooooo yum to taste the chicken in Peri Peri sauce... dreams come true... 😊 Nando's 是一家我們年輕在國外唸書時，被它圈粉的烤雞速食連鎖餐廳。據說起源是跟非洲以及葡萄牙有關的Peri peri辣醬，搭配醃過的烤雞... 啊！夢中的滋味，終於這次到訪的墨爾本有這家餐廳，讓我們得以一償夙願！  所以，我們一次是透過Uber Eats把餐點叫來飯店裡吃，照片們如下。主要當然是烤雞，但烘得有點焦的玉米也很棒，還有烤餅... 吃得很開心，但似乎還不夠過癮！ 所以，當我們後來在Flinders St車站附近又看到一間時，就決定再花一餐的機會給Nando's！ 這次就大開吃戒，吃到很撐！😊 在餐廳吃就是不一樣，店裡面的醬料是一瓶一瓶讓你選，光是招牌的Peri Peri醬就有好幾種，不同辣度的選擇。大可拿一罐到桌邊狂沾，也可以試試看很多種的不同風味~~~ 想念好多好多年的烤雞，終於這次好好地滿足了一把，真是太開心了！也把這味道，傳遞給下一代的TT，雖然他並沒有特別的appreciate😂... 還是非常執著的吃他的薯條沾番茄醬🍅🍅🍅🍟🍟🍟 人各有(味)蕾，就不強求了😆 其實成為這間餐廳的粉絲，卻從沒去好好認識它過。這次簡單google一下才知道，這peri peri醬跟非洲有關，但也跟葡萄牙人當年到非洲有關，大致是這樣，難怪我覺得這風味也有非洲的奔放，也有葡萄牙的熱情的感覺....
