<liketuimages> <center>    </center> </liketuimages> 昨天下班又想做饼干，又想做金枕蛋糕🍰，可是手只有一双，心有余而力不足，晚上还得解决自己的口粮呢，所以，想做的东西就作罢吧，先把自己口粮解决了。 晚上突然想要吃韭菜饼，具体撒名字不知道，就是之前看婷姐做过，看起来好香的感觉，一直想要跃跃一试，一直没安排，今天我怎么也要安排了，不然这个事情一直拖着的。 问了婷姐做法，婷姐也给我找了一下视频教程（因为我不会，我怕自己找的视频会一顿瞎搞） 回家和面醒面，用的半汤面法（果然延展性很好），等醒面这期间，拿出来我的电饼铛洗了备用，然后去把韭菜洗洗沥水。 这期间我还是觉得心有不甘，于是我去把做饼干的材料倒腾出来，哈哈哈，不做金枕做饼干，不然我又要心心念念。现在天气温度不那么高了，黄油解冻就慢了很多，有得等了。 醒面差不多了，就去做饼吧，然后擀皮，果然如听姐所说，没有回缩，汤面又被狠狠的安利了。不过整形途中我确实有点菜了。倒腾倒腾出炉了，果然我是不适合做饼，哈哈哈，可以吃，也不知道是不是这个状态。 吃完饭我就去弄饼干，整形急冻定型，这期间去收拾厨房，结果半个小时了，定型也没好，过了半个小时又去看，勉勉强强，现在冰箱我觉得越来越不好用了。这样子看来晚上又得熬夜了。 果然饼干烤好，晾凉、封口、装袋，熬夜了，还好没有想象的那么晚。 --- For the best experience view this post on [Liketu](https://liketu.com/@jingjing1616/5htmkx)
