嘗試了兩個多月後，我終於打破世界紀錄。戴眼罩從A打到Z的世界紀錄是3.9秒，而我在以上影片中打3.872秒。

After trying for 2 months, I have finally achieved a time faster than the world record, for blindfolded typing A to Z. The world record is 3.9 seconds, but in the video I typed 3.872 seconds.

大家可以看到以上的圖表顯示，我的時間是藍色的線，世界紀錄是橘色的線。剛開始藍色的線比橘色高很多，而慢慢的藍線已經低於橘線。

You can see from the graph above, my time is the blue line, and the orange line represents the world record time. At the start the blue line is a lot higher than the orange line, but gradually the blue line has gone below the orange line.

問題來了。有人在我的影片上說，如果藍色的線低於橘色的線，那麼橘色的線不應該也下降嗎?橘色代表的是世界紀錄，而我的紀錄應該會成為新的世界紀錄，畢竟我是這個世界上的人。

Now here comes the important question. Someone commented on my video - if the blue line is below the orange line, shouldn't the orange line go lower as well, since it represents the world record and so my record would have brought down the world record.

我的回答是，只有我一個人說破了世界紀錄沒用，要有世界紀錄的機構說我破了才行。於是我也申請了吉尼斯世界紀錄。

My answer was, if I was the only one who said I broke the world record, it doesn't count. There has to be some authority who verifies it. So I applied for Guiness World Records.

以上截圖可以看到要花上12個禮拜的時間，才會收到答案，看他們會不會接受我的申請。可以花錢申請加速，但我也沒特別急，所以就申請免費的。

As screenshot above shows, it takes up to 12 weeks to receive a response, to know whether they have accepted. You can spend money to speed it up, but I'm not in much of a hurry, so just got the free version.
